WebI run frigate on AD410 doorbell and ASH43 IP cam and both worked without any extra frigate configuration. Only thing is to set the streams to h.264 and NOT h.265 and all was good. Definitely recommend amcrest cams for this reason. Your issue is most certainly due to h.265 being the current codec
